This is another artist who I came across in an illustration book, "The Sourcebook of Contemporary Illustration". It was a really good book with a wide collection of different illustrative styles. Rodriguez was one of many gems found in its pages!
I really like the way that he has just drawn over a page in his notebook, a very interesting way to make use of a bland page, or something like an old list which has no further purpose. His illustrations are so simple and so effective. They have a great stylistic quality that I love.
